The patients who are covered under the empanelment agreement
with our corporate customers require prior authorization letter
from their concerned authorities
The authorization letters/ ID Cards are necessary for us to
be able to recognize you as an employee of our corporate empanels.
Such patients are eligible for some discounts pre-fixed with
the employer to ensure maximum benefit to the employee.
The empanels are also requested to ensure that the outstanding
billings are cleared within 15 days of receipt of the bill. This
is necessitated to ensure that the arrangement is carried forward
smoothly and the employees are not denied the treatment in case
of non-clearance of dues.
