People generally tend to ignore these problems of the eye until they develop into serious ones and begin to affect the activities of daily life. With explosive growth in IT sector and entertainment industry, use of computers and television have become part of life. This has given rise to a steep increase in eye related disorders, most common being refractive errors( long sightedness, short sightedness, astigmatism) and disorders caused due to abnormal pressure levels in the eye which if left untreated can seriously hamper the vision.
